Aiden, Sona, and I planned a 10 AM brunch date with my new boss and his family who arrived in Wellington in mid-September 2016.  We met up at Floriditas off Cuba Street and it was jam packed when we arrived.  Fortunately, we were able to get a table within 15 minutes for all 6 of us.  We all ordered champagne along with different types of eggs (poached and scrambled) and all types of vegetables.  Aiden even had some eggs along with his usual order of French Fries.  My order of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was okay but not spectacular.  Next time, I’ll probably go with eggs benedict or some other dish.  Service was excellent though and we enjoyed each others company.  All in all, a great time and possible revisit in the future.
